Warranty, where applicable will vary on specific products as this is dependent on the manufacturer’s warranty policy. No blanket period warranty is provided either by the manufacturer or by Home Be.
Assembly services are available. Please enquire via our Contact Form before placing your order, describing the item fully.
A 7-day return policy is in place. Returned items will incur a 15% surcharge of the price paid for the item. Open or assembled items are non-refundable. ACCESS FOR DELIVERY
At checkout, please inform us via ‘order notes’ of
- Parking restrictions around the building and access restrictions to the building (if a flat, what floor, is a lift present, etc.)
- Items will only be delivered to the ground floor unless a lift is available. Any higher or lower floors will incur an additional charge.
- Availability/restrictions of persons receiving the delivery
- Please note that items from the budget range are postcode specific and we only cover areas within and surrounding London.
- Delivery charges will vary according to Postcode. Please see the below table for charges.
Please note the Majority of our products are delivered by reliable third-party couriers.
