Shipping & Delivery
At Home Be, all your orders are delivered with care. We aim to deliver products to you within the given time frame, but occasionally this may not be possible due to circumstances beyond our control.
Estimated delivery time
Once your order has been processed, you’ll be provided with an estimated day and time of delivery. Our delivery schedules may also depend on stock levels. If your order is not immediately available, you will be advised of expected delivery date at the point of sale and notified once the items become available to book your delivery. Whilst we deliver to most areas in the UK and Ireland, we are unable to guarantee delivery, within our usual lead times, to certain areas. These include Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man. We aim to deliver within 7-14 days of you placing your order, but certain items may take longer as indicated in the product information. If you cannot wait for the goods, you must let us have notice of cancellation. If we receive your notice of cancellation, then you will receive a full refund. We try to arrange the most convenient delivery time. Items delivered by our approved delivery suppliers will arrive Monday to Friday (not including bank holidays).
Ready for Despatch
When your order is ready for despatch, you will receive an email from us letting you know that your order is on its way to you. Included in this email will be a tracking link which you can use to track the delivery of your order. We will always keep you informed of any changes to anticipated lead times.
Arrival of goods
You will be asked to sign for the goods. If no one is available at your address to take the delivery we will return the product to our facility, in which case, please contact us to rearrange delivery. For multiple product orders, sometimes products may arrive separately, but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order.
Costs
As standard, there are no shipping costs unless otherwise stated. However, certain areas may carry additional delivery charges. All prices include VAT.
Small items may incur a delivery charge of £3.95.

Where do we deliver to?
Home Be delivers to mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Currently, we do not offer delivery services to areas outside of the UK. Please provide a street address for delivery as we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
How to report defects and damage
Please notify us of obvious defects that are apparent on first inspection of the goods, such as missing parts or damage, within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected]. For more information, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page for further guidance.
