This site is owned and operated by Home Be Limited. We want you to be pleased with the goods that you purchase and with the service that you receive from us. These are our conditions of sale and you should read them carefully as they apply to the order you have placed with us online. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions you may not use or access this website.

Introduction
The supplier of the goods under your order is Home Be Limited whose registered company number is 10496681. All communications must be made by e-mail to [email protected].
- In order to be bound by a contract of purchase, a payment must be made and received by us before your order can be accepted and processed by our team as described in section 2 Price and payment.
- If you want to change your order (including any arrangements for delivery), you must contact us immediately as any changes may delay the delivery of your order. For more information about this please read section 3 Changes and cancellations to your order.

Price and payment
Once a payment has been accepted and processed, Home Be Limited will confirm this to you by sending you an email. Customers can also place orders over the phone and a contract will be formed once your payment has been processed. Your order will not be processed if your bank merchant cancels the payment.
- The price for the goods is set out in the order confirmation that is sent to your email address when you make your Extra charges may apply to some orders, please see section 5 Delivery and extra charges for more information.
- You must pay for your goods in full at the time of placing your order. If your payment has been declined, we may contact you to help you make your order. Alternatively, you can call us for assistance. We will not deliver your goods to you until we have received all sums due and payable by you, including any extra delivery charges, if they are applicable to your order.
- Prices for sales are subject to availability. All prices are as displayed on the website at the time of offer. Please note, an offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
- For all orders placed for delivery within the UK our prices include VAT.
- Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors in your order. The order summary shown to you before you submit your order will summarise your order, including the total price of the goods you have ordered (including VAT) and delivery charges. Please check the order summary carefully before submitting you order.

Changes and cancellations to your order
When you make a purchase on our website, we form a contract with you. Home Be Limited is under legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract. However, we have the right to cancel the contract we have with you if;

- You return your goods damaged or used more than reasonably expected. We are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied. If we need to do this, we will contact you and provide a reason for this.
- We are unable to process your payment, or a bank or merchant service provider later cancels payment.
- If payment has been made fraudulently or by illegal means.
- If we have made an error in pricing or product descriptions.
- Where you have ordered goods online you may cancel your order at any time before the goods have been dispatched to you. You must do this before receiving a dispatch email confirming the delivery of your goods. Any cancellation must be done by the person and cardholder who has placed the order. If you cancel by telephone, we will need to be satisfied that you are the person who placed the order, we have the right to ask for proof of identity in this case.
- If you are cancelling an order due to a mistake on our part, if an item is not as described, or due to goods being defective you will need to return the goods to us. We will then refund the cost of delivery and offer a product refund. We will only do this after we have done an initial inspection (applies to product defects). - If there are product defects not due to personal misuse, and if you are outside of the 7-day Returns Policy but are within the 1-year manufacturer warranty then you have the option to receive a replacement product. This will be of the same value or you’ll receive store credit to the product value for you to spend on our website.

Any changes made to your order will result in a new approximate time frame for delivery. If we can change your order, we will give you an indication of the new approximate time frame once we have confirmed your cancellation and a new order has been placed.
- Sometimes the goods you have ordered may no longer be available from the manufacturer. In this case, we can cancel your order or offer other replacements. If your payment has been received in part or full for an order, which is subsequently cancelled by us, you will be reimbursed in full by the same method (and where applicable to the same debit/ credit card used).

Product replacements and defective goods
- We guarantee all products against faulty workmanship and / or faulty materials for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This guarantee does not cover reasonable wear and tear.
- If you would like a replacement due to a product defect, then you agree to the examination and inspection of goods you have returned. We have the right to reject certain claims and have the right to get the manufacturers advice before offering any refund.
- Before arranging a replacement, we require photographic evidence. Please email this along with your order number to [email protected] for our Customer Care team to review.
- If we are satisfied that the goods are faulty due to manufacturing or delivery you will be offered a replacement product or a full refund of the original purchase price. We will also cover your return costs and include this with your refund.
- If you have ordered a product that has become out of stock, we may substitute said item to an equivalent offered from a different manufacturer. If we choose to do this, we will always make sure that we contact you in the first instance before processing the order. We can also back order the goods for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
- For self-assembly goods, it is important that you read the assembly instructions carefully as we cannot accept responsibility for any self-assembly goods that are damaged due to instructions not properly followed.

Delivery and extra charges
- We offer free delivery services for most of the products on our website, however small items may incur a delivery charge. Most deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8am − 9pm. Delivery at this rate is only available to mainland UK. Delivery outside of the mainland UK is subject to the availability of our courier’s service in the area and cannot be guaranteed. - Delivery times are dependent on goods being in stock. You will not receive a dispatch email until your payment is approved and the billing/shipping address is verified. On the dispatch email we will provide you with your tracking ID.
- If you place an order with multiple items, you may receive multiple deliveries from our separate delivery services.
- Please ensure someone is present to sign for the delivery whether this be at home or at work. Our couriers will also text and email you with an option that will allow for the parcel to be delivered to a neighbour of your choice or on a different day.
- You may request to leave your order in a safe location. However, if your order is justified in this location and subsequently lost or damaged, we will be unable to provide a replacement item(s) or refund.
- Due to high levels of orders, it may take slightly longer to dispatch your order. Additionally, adverse weather conditions could also affect delivery time-frames.
- There will be additional charges for the following;
- If you do not notify us of any factors that may result in delivery being more costly and/or taking longer than it otherwise would have. This includes parking restrictions, narrow bridges or small entrances.
- If you change the address where your goods are to be delivered at short notice.
- If the goods need to be redelivered because there was no one at the delivery address aged 18 or over to sign for the goods at the time arranged for delivery.
- Re-delivery fees may be liable to you if no one is at home to sign for the goods.
- Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are in stock. Additional shipping costs may apply if you ask us to split the order.
- If delivery is impossible or impractical, you may contact us with an alternative delivery address, and we will redeliver to that alternative UK delivery address. If you don’t have an alternative delivery address within 7 days of the attempted delivery, we will automatically cancel your order, and delivery charges will not be refunded.
- We will always let you know if any extra delivery charges are payable. You must pay these charges before delivery or re-delivery or, if charged after delivery, within 7 days of receiving notice of such extra delivery charges.

Arrival of goods
- Please check your goods carefully before signing for them. Once you sign for the goods, you are in contract with us, and have accepted it in the condition it has arrived in. If you have realised the goods are damaged after you have signed for it, then Customer Care will assess your complaint, you have up to 7 days to do so.
- If you have received an item(s) in error, we will organise a collection or reimburse postage up to the equivalent of our collection fee.
- Your statutory rights, in particular your rights under the Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges Regulations, and the Consumer Rights Act are not affected.

Delay in delivery
- Whilst we deliver to most areas in the UK and Ireland, we are unable to guarantee delivery within our usual lead-times, to certain areas. These include Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man. We aim to deliver within 7-14 days of you placing your order, certain goods may take longer.
- If we are unable to deliver your goods due to circumstances out of our control, and within the time-frame we have supplied to you, then we will notify you as soon as possible. If you cannot wait for the goods, you must let us have a notice of cancellation in writing to Customer Care at [email protected].
- We cannot accept any liability for any losses you incur (including loss of earnings) or for compensation for perceived inconvenience that may be suffered due to any delay occurred on your behalf. As mentioned in section 5 Delivery and extra charges.
- If you believe your parcel is missing, you can make a claim up to 28 working days of receiving your dispatch email.

Refunds
- For our standard delivery items purchased through our website, you may wish to follow the returns procedure outlined in the delivery note. Our Returns Policy is effective for up to 7 days from receipt of delivery (signed acceptance of your item). After this period, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange, unless in exceptional circumstances agreed by management.
- To complete your return, we require your order confirmation included with your order, proof of postage, and returns form. We do require all the original packaging and accessories to be included in the return, we don’t accept any returns from goods that have been damaged or used more than reasonably expected.
- Your refund will be processed within 7-14 days of receipt of the returned goods, or, if the goods have not yet been delivered, within 7 days of the day you gave us notice of cancellation.
Until the goods are returned to us, you are responsible if the goods are lost, damaged or destroyed. Please use a reputable courier or contact our Customer Care team who will be able to help you find an affordable courier service.
- We will provide you with a refund using the same method of payment originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Our products
- All our goods are subject to availability and if for any reason we are unable to supply any goods then you will be offered a full refund or, if available and acceptable to you, substitute goods of equivalent quality and price as outlined in section 4 Product replacements and defective goods.
- If you purchase the same goods under two or more orders, we cannot guarantee that the goods supplied will be from the same batch and be an exact colour match. If you are not happy with your order you can return it to us by reading our Returns and Exchanges.
- The images of the Products on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. Your products may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the Products.
- We do not sell the Products for purchase by children. We sell children’s products for purchase by adults. You may only purchase products from the site if you are at least 18 years old.
- To make the most out of any goods, you should follow the appropriate care instructions. The goods we sell are for general domestic use only and must be used for this intended purpose.
Our staff
- We have fully trained and equipped staff who will provide you with the best customer service possible and are trained to help give you advice regarding the care of your products. Our staff are not authorised to advise on whether goods are suitable for unusual purposes. If you intend to use your products in this way, then you are held fully accountable and responsible for the outcome of the products and we will not offer a refund or exchange under these circumstances.
Data protection
- We take your privacy very seriously and we are open and transparent about how we handle your personal information in relation to the General Data Protection Regulation.
- By using the Home Be Limited website, you are agreeing to our Privacy Policy and consent to the use of cookies and similar technologies by us and our carefully selected third party partners as described in this policy. You also warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
- Home Be Limited is registered as a data controller under the Data Protection Act and we will comply with the statutory requirements imposed on us to keep your personal data confidential and secure. For further information about how we use your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
General
- When we refer to “you” and “your” we mean the user of the Website and purchaser of Goods
- You may not transfer your rights under the contract between us to any third party without Home Be Limited’s prior written consent.
- If any term of these conditions of sale is determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, then such term will be severed from the remaining terms which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- These Conditions of Sale and any contract formed with us are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- You must not misuse this Website. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute a virus, Trojan, worm or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the service; corrupt data; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as “spam”; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence and Home Be Limited will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.
- Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control.
- Home Be Limited reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
